At present, the mechanical sample preparation equipment for coal pier, coal washery loading station and the coal transfer system in the thermal power plant are mostly adopting the sample preparation workshop built by the steel structure. The Equipment Composition
The mechanical sample preparation equipment is mainly composed of the screw feeder, hammer crusher, belt division machine, belt conveyor and electrical control cabinet. All the equipment mentioned above will be placed in a container. In the container, the screw feeder is fixed closed to the roof and connected to the external inlet via the chute. It feeds the coal into the feed port of the crusher. After crushing, the coal discharged from the crusher will enter the feed inlet of the belt conveyor that arranged under it through the intermediate chute. The outlet port of the belt conveyor is outside the container and there will be a division machine installed in the middle of the belt conveyor. The final samples will be sent into the sample collection barrel set under the division machine.
The equipment electrical control cabinet is placed in an independent space at the left side of the container, which is separated by a seal partition plate to prevent dust from entering the electric control room, and there is a separate anti-theft door set to enter the electric control room. The enclosure structure around the container can be detached easily to facilitate the maintenance and overhaul of the mechanical sample preparation unit.
